Job Description

As an Industry Analyst Relations Senior Manager on the CRM & Industry Workflows Analyst Relations (AR) team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our strategy for engaging with industry analysts. You will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with analysts, understanding their perceptions, and advocating for ServiceNow across key analyst firms. This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, communication skills, and an understanding of the technology landscape. 

In the end, the purpose of this position is to raise ServiceNow's profile with industry analysts and influencers to increase brand awareness and buyer preference for ServiceNow. The right candidate will bring a strategic and data-driven approach to the job and focus on continuous improvement. 

What you get to do in this role: 

  • Develop and execute strategic AR programs within ServiceNow's CRM & Industry Workflows business.  

  • Measure and clearly communicate the value of ServiceNow AR programs to internal stakeholders. 

  • Identify, develop, and manage relationships with key analysts and influencers to ensure they understand ServiceNow's company direction, C-level perspectives, product roadmaps, etc., to secure leadership in research reports and analyst advocacy. 

  • Identify, develop, and manage relationships with company stakeholders and spokespersons while partnering with product and solutions marketing, product management, engineering, sales, etc. 

  • Collaborate with company subject matter experts to prepare content tailored for an analyst audience. This will ensure that engagements and communications with industry analysts are impactful and accurate. 

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to integrate analyst insights and data into our product strategy, narratives, and marketing materials. 

  • Support multiple activities around ServiceNow's annual Industry Analyst Summit, Knowledge conference, and analyst firm events. 

  • Collaborate with other members of the Analyst Relations team and Global Communications team to develop better processes, best practices, etc. 

Qualifications

Qualifications 

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry. 
  • Recognized strategic communication or marketing expertise, with 10+ years of experience in enterprise software markets 

  • Preferred experience executing enterprise analyst relations programs, including building high-impact relationships with analysts and industry influencers 

  • Preferred experience and knowledge of software solutions in industry verticals and CRM markets 

  • Deep experience with, or partnering with, Analyst Relations on analyst research evaluations and analyst interactions such as briefings, inquiries, advisory, and events 

  • Demonstrated success in interfacing with executives and external influencers, providing guidance and solutions to challenges 

  • A team player who excels in global and virtual work settings and exhibits excellent collaboration skills as standard practice  

  • Ability to thrive in a growth environment 

  • Strong critical thinking and operational expertise, including the ability to develop new methods and procedures to achieve goals in dynamic, fast-paced settings 

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively, even in complex and fluid scenarios 

  • Strong bias toward action, quick decision-making amidst multiple stakeholders, and the ability to work independently on significant and unique issues 

  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, adept at conveying complex ideas clearly and persuasively
