Overview

The North America Strategic Transformation Practice is seeking talented individuals for the role of Sr Business Strategist. The role aims to deliver unparalleled value to Blue Yonder clients by ensuring seamless alignment between customer processes and Blue Yonder's cutting-edge technology throughout their transformation journey. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of strategic initiatives for clients and provide data and integration advisory during end-to-end implementations transforming data from a constraint to a facilitator for value realization.  You will work closely with clients to understand their goals and utilize your domain expertise, data, and analytical skills to make a strong and lasting impact.

What you'll do

• Lead business diagnostics, process analysis and design workshops to ensure end to end business design is supported by data and integration architecture.
• Provide data driven insights to customers enabling them to improve the value realization of Blue Yonder solutions.
• Understand how Blue Yonder platform and data model is configured and adapted to support and facilitate customer business process development
• Collaborate with team members to define and finalize overall integrated functional and technical BY end-to-end design and build transformational blueprints.
• Perform Data and Integration advisory services especially data workshop and validation services.
• Help map customer requirements and business use cases with the required elements of Blue Yonder Data Model
• Advise customers on integration strategy and choice of integration patterns
• Review functional and technical design across BY solutions, ensuring consistency of data model across platform and different solutions.
• Advise customers regarding industry best practices and process methodology.
• Serve as a functional and technical liaison between functional, technical and infrastructure team members across BY teams and customer teams.
• Identify short-, medium- and long-term solutions to address customer issues and escalations.

What we are looking for

• 8+ years of specific experience working with supply chain solutions as either as a customer vendor or as a consultant implementing SCM solutions for customers
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, statistical algorithms, inventory optimization concepts, awareness of tactical planning on overall supply chain required
• Strong expertise in data analysis tools including SQL, Python, R or other data analytics tools.
• Advanced degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics or Operations Research preferred
• Collaborative aptitude to work alongside strategic consultants, enterprise solution architects, translating business strategies into operational processes and solution requirements using BY's transformation blueprint framework
• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex project environments seamlessly and facilitate integration discussions
• Proficiency in interfacing with C-Level Executives and a track record of being a ‘trusted advisor’
• Strong expertise of data modeling techniques and integration patterns
• Capability to adeptly manage complex situations with minimal guidance, ensuring effective and efficient resolution
• Exceptional proficiency in facilitation techniques, including leading meetings, resolving conflicts, and brainstorming
• Capability to adeptly manage complex situations with minimal guidance, ensuring effective and efficient resolution
• Ability to prepare and deliver presentations for user, management, and executive level audiences. Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills required

The salary range for this role is $130,000 - $145,000.

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data.  Minimums and maximums may vary based on location.  Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.  In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
