Job Description

We are currently seeking a SAP S/4HANA Change Manager for a 6-12 month contracting opportunity.

Location: Remote, Eastern Time required

Compensation Range: This role will compensate $85-90/hr for W2 or $100/hr for 1099 depending upon years of experience, education, and relevant certifications.  

• Lead change management efforts for SAP S/4HANA implementation with a focus on leading the Record to Report and Central Finance workstreams.
• Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of the new system.
• Engage stakeholders at all levels to communicate project objectives and address concerns.
• Provide input and direction into training programs to educate users on SAP S/4HANA Finance functionality.
• Conduct change impact assessments and develop mitigation plans for potential risks.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to stakeholders and project teams.
• Manage the Change Agent Network
• Monitor change readiness and address resistance for a smooth transition.
• Report on KPIs to measure the success of change initiatives and collect feedback for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive organizational change effectively.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Change Management experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in change management, preferably in SAP implementation projects.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance (Record to Report, Central Finance) and its impact on business processes.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change in a complex organizational environment.
• Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, Change Management Institute) is desirable.
• Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess and mitigate risks effectively.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and environments.
• Experience with Prosci is desired.
