Job Description: 

We are seeking an experienced Cook who can prepare fresh, Southern-style seafood dishes with consistency and quality. If you love seafood and enjoy working in a lively kitchen, we’d love to have you on our team!

Responsibilities:

● Prepare and cook menu items to order (fried, grilled, and specialty seafood dishes).

● Maintain food quality, portion control, and presentation standards.

● Ensure kitchen safety, cleanliness, and compliance with health regulations.

● Monitor inventory and assist with food prep.

● Work closely with kitchen staff and management for smooth service.

Qualifications:

● Prior cooking experience in a restaurant setting is preferred.

● Knowledge of seafood preparation is a plus.

● Ability to multitask in a fast-paced kitchen.

● Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.

● San Bernardino Food Handlers Card within 14 days after employment
