Who You Are:
You are a highly motivated and energetic individual willing to support a variety of Community Impact related projects and initiatives. You are flexible, technologically saavy, detail-oriented, love words and data, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
The Impact You Will Have:
As a Community Impact Coordinator at QTS, you are responsible for actively supporting the activities focused most intently on the needs and concerns affecting QTS employees and their families as well as our communities at all QTS business locations.
What You Will Do:
- Assist in the development of the project timeline and in writing, designing, and posting content internally for Community Impact communications, working with the VP of Belonging & Experience and other owner/stakeholders to include the SVP Community Impact, Wellness Champion, Community Impact Managers, and other employee stakeholders as needed, all in coordination and alignment with the QTS Communications team.
- Coordinate and manage Community Impact digital infrastructure, including setup and maintenance of administered Teams; Viva Engage communities; SharePoint site management and design, Forms, workflows, and tracking for Community Impact supported programs and employee groups.
- Work closely with other Community Impact Coordinator(s) to provide critical project management assistance that will help the team become more efficient with leading projects and to plan around key major project timeframes throughout the year.
- Play a key role in supporting the annual Employee Experience Survey planning, execution, data analytics, reporting, and action planning.
- With team, assist in impact reporting and procedure documentation for programs and corporate events that serve our people and our communities.
- Assist in coordinating various Community Impact projects, ensuring they are executed on time and within budget. This includes tracking progress, managing timelines, and relevant research.
- Assist in development and maintaining the Community Impact team's annual project plan, including timelines, dependencies, and dedicated resources to assure the team can monitor progress, accountability, and deadlines.
- Assist in organizing and documenting current processes, pulling together future program details with key decision trees, deliverables, and milestones, and ensuring effective communication across all involved parties.
- As needed, support community event planning and logistics, from initial concept to execution. This may include coordinating with vendors, managing event schedules, and overseeing on-site activities.
- Generally, assist and support Community Impact Managers on employee care, initiatives, engagements, activities, and events taking place in all QTS locations.
- Maintain data integrity of confidential information.
- Always maintain strict confidentiality of Community Impact information.
What You Will Need to be Successful:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Three plus years of experience in community service, or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products - MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook, SharePoint
- Three years Project Management experience to lead and direct projects
- Experience with Project Manager software is preferred
- Strong communication, organization and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with MS Office (SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage) Administration
