Pay is made of a $15 base pay, tips, and daily commission.<br />
Total Average Earnings:  $24-$28 per hour<br />

A typical day includes:
<ul>
<li>The day starts with a commercial vehicle inspection, followed by a morning meeting.</li>
<li>Teams of two will head out in our shiny blue trucks to visit customers’ homes and properties and take away their unwanted items while leaving smiles on their faces</li>
<li>Provide detailed estimates/quotes and final pricing to each customer</li>
<li>Once your truck is full, you will dispose of items responsibly through our recycling, donating, and waste management facilities</li>
<li>To run efficiently, teams must maintain communication throughout the day with our dedicated and fun operations team</li>
<li>Feel amazing about helping your community</li>
</ul>

What you bring to the company:
<ul>
<li>You are 21+ years of age (Required for commercial truck Insurance)</li>
<li>Possess a valid driver’s license (No CDL Required!)</li>
<li>Have a clean driving history clean 3-years (No points, suspensions, or violations)</li>
<li>Must pass a criminal background check</li>
<li>Possess a positive and friendly attitude, with excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Physically able to lift 80+ lbs repeatedly</li>
<li>Previous sales and customer service experience will aid in your success of our team</li>
</ul>
