Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to oversee the nursing staff in our skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate will ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care, maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, and foster a positive work environment for nursing staff.
The shift Full-time and is 7p-7a, working 3 days a week and no weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate nursing staff activities to ensure optimal patient care.
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular assessments of patient care and staff performance.
- Provide training and support to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor patient outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to skilled nursing care.
- Address and resolve any patient or staff concerns in a timely manner.

Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices in skilled nursing.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
