Licensed Clinician - On-site 

MindCare Solutions, is a leader in comprehensive mental health solutions in various settings: clinician owned and operated. We are seeking a licensed clinician that is looking for a partnership in a growing organization with a strong team-mentality working in an acute care hospital setting.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday with every third weekend.

Location: Johnstown, PA (on-site)

Compensation:  up to $50/hr (based on experience)

Position Summary:
The licensed clinician provides for the care and management of the mental health needs of the patient population.

• Provides mental health services such as intake, crisis intervention, individual counseling and group counseling
• Acts as a member of the treatment team to determine, coordinate and implement appropriate patient care
• Prepares and regularly maintains progress notes and discharge summaries on patients
• The licensed clinician facilitates regular therapeutic groups that address specific identified treatment issues and reinforces the patient's treatment plan
• Uses social work skills to provide psychosocial support to patients and links patients to appropriate community resources.
• Provides observational feedback within the multidisciplinary team context
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or counseling
• Must possess a current and unrestricted LCSW/LSW/LMSW/LMHC/
  LMFT/MSW in the state of PA.
• Acute care hospital experience, internship(s) in social service preferred
• An appropriate combination of education, training, course work and experience may qualify an applicant to demonstrate required knowledge, skills, and abilities
• Applicants must successfully pass the required criminal background check
