Warehouse Associate Quality Assurance/Team Lead

Job Summary:

Works closely with Operations and Production leadership to establish, create, implement, and enforce company initiatives/policies while maintaining the highest standards of efficiency and quality for our internal and external customers.

 

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Meets deadlines and goals, as established by department leadership.
• Enforces company policies.  Provides feedback to leadership when inconsistencies are observed.                                                                                         
• Leads by example, approachable, follows through on promises and commitments.                                                                                            
• Monitors break schedules of the employees, and other time off the floor    
• Delivers monthly performance reviews to agency temporary staff.              
• Recognizes the impact of own decisions on company, customers, and team members.  Speaks respectively of company and leaders.
• Provides support during physical inventories and works overtime as required.
• Works safely at all times.                            

 

Working Relationships/Key Stakeholders:

• Reports to Quality Assurance Supervisor                                                             
• Collaborates with other employees and departments toward common goals and objectives                                                                                                           

                                                                                                           

Qualifications:

 

• High school diploma or GED, or other relevant experience
• 2+ years in a lead or supervisory role, preferably in a warehouse environment
• Relevant QC/QA experience
• Ability to learn & perform all warehouse processes as needed.
• Strong technical skills.  Experience with Microsoft, RF, Warehouse Management Systems, etc.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong English language, math, reading, and writing skills.
• Strong leadership skills and subject matter expert in the department
• Ability to lift 40 lbs and regularly sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, bend, and crouch on a concrete floor
