Account Associate II

Location: St Paul, MN

This position is a part of the Transfer Agent and Account Services within Computershare Corporate Trust Operations. The Account Associate II will be tasked with the following:

• Deal document review
• Use existing processes and procedures to solve routine and standard problems
• Internal and external interactions with our clients
• Ad-hoc requests
• Transfer processing and verification

As a process-driven individual, you will be the guiding hand as we deliver accurate and timely transactions to Corporate Trust accounts.

Other key responsibilities may include:

• 2+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: admin support, customer service, and/or business operations
• Corporate trust, financial services, and/or risk and regulatory compliance experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong collaboration and partnering skills
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously on unrelated issues and demonstrates strong problem solving skills

Compensation. The typical base pay range for this role is $41552 - $53000. This base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations.
