We are looking for a talented Administrative Assistant to work as a temporary contractor to fill a maternity leave, supporting our Information Security Officer.

What your new job can look like…

With the pace of Moodle US, no two days will ever be the same! But most days will involve a mix of:

• Administrative tasks supporting active projects of the Information Security department and activities of the Information Security Officer.
• Composition of material within Google Documents and Google Spreadsheets, and organization of digital files.
• With the guidance of the Information Security Officer, review new vulnerability reports, and create service tickets for the engineering department. Follow-up where necessary.
• Compose and facilitate general communications to the department’s stakeholders.

Requirements

We'd love to meet you if you have…

• Effective oral and written skills including knowledge of grammar, spelling and punctuation, tact, diplomacy and interpersonal skills.
• Modern technical aptitudes including general Internet research, word processing, spreadsheets, etc.
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent communications skills
• The ability to take direction and drive tasks to completion.

You’ll sweep us off our feet if you have:

• Experience with business cybersecurity operations.
• Experience with vulnerability management programs, Common Vulnerability Scoring System (CVSS), and the Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVE) scoring system.
• Experience with the CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities (KEV) Catalog.
• Higher education such as a bachelor's degree.
