Sr Specialist Personalization (TEMP - 1 year)

(TEMPORARY - 1 year contract)

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Be responsible for monitoring the team and ensuring the delivery of orders on time.
• Make contact with the MKT team about campaigns and brand launches.
• Monitor the stock of inputs.
• Upload product customization to the website.
• Troubleshoot SAC issues for custom orders.
• Assist throughout the customization production chain.
• Request the purchase of inputs from the area.

 

Required Knowledge and skills:

 

 

• Combination of proven Experience in Supply Chain Operatios plus Digital Ecomm experience
• Knowledge in Operating Process
• Knowledge on how to operate plotter printers
• Leadership of vendors ability
• Interpersonal skills
• Be punctual at process delivery of services/materials
• Commitment to quality service
• Intermediate Enlgish level (conversational)
