Job Description: 

Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather and synthesize information.

Responsibilities:

• Capture, validate, and refine business requirements for systems design and development
• Interact with non-technical stakeholders to ensure complete and accurate understanding of business needs and conditions and translating those into user stories
• Coordinate with technical stakeholders to ensure validated/verified execution of the system solution
• Produce and deliver products that support the software development lifecycle
• Perform in an Agile system development and integration program
• Define user acceptance criteria
• Produce visual products to explain prospective solution designs to stakeholders for feedback and concurrence
• Develop and maintain artifacts that support successful software application deployments, such as test plans/scripts, acceptance criteria, user-oriented documentation, etc.

Here's what you need:

• 5+ years' experience with Business or Systems Analysis
• Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with Agile
• Bachelor’s degree

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience with application testing (user acceptance, regression, etc.)
• Experience using DevOps tools to capture, monitor and coordinate requirements for technical delivery
• Experience with providing training and Tier 1-2 support for application users
• Experience with designing and delivering data analytics products
• Certifications: CSM, SAFE preferred

Security Clearance:

• An active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is required to start

 

Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.    

 

Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role  

California: $90,700 - $168,400

Colorado: $90,700 - $145,500

New York City: $105,000 - $168,400

Washington: $96,600 - $154,900
