Senior Director, Strategic Partnerships (Remote)

As Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships, you will lead and execute Aledade’s strategic partnerships with national and regional health plans and healthcare-related organizations as we help primary care providers shift into value-based care. This role will report to the Chief Commercial Officer. We are flexible with respect to geographic location, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely with frequent travel.

Your footprint:

• Manage strategic payer portfolios across all states and segments to maximize platform contribution
• Be responsible for achieving the company's goals on health plan contracting for commercial, Medicare Advantage and Medicaid value-based contracts
• Work closely with the CCO to build the Strategic Payer Management Team
• Working closely with internal (performance, contract negotiation and growth) and payer stakeholders to build strong strategic relations
• Build multi-year strategic plans for each payer in each market to align long term goals

About You:

• 14+ years in healthcare with health plans within value-based care 
• Expert in relationship management, portfolio management, building and managing high performing teams
• Master’s degree or other advanced degrees in management, health services research, health and/or public policy, or other relevant fields is preferred.
• Strong strategic planning and analytical skills
• Passionate about driving the shift from fee-for-service to value based care
• Results-oriented with the ability to access financial and operational outcomes of contracts 
• Proven track record of creating, maintaining, and enhancing customer relationships and communicating effectively with colleagues in senior management.
