The Opportunity 

Within Adobe’s Digital Experience (DX) Cloud organization, we are laser focused on meeting our customers' needs. To best inform and prepare our customers to purchase an Adobe Digital Experience Solution, our Technical Pre-Sales (TPS) group works to better understand a customer’s business and technical requirements, map them to the right Digital Experience Cloud solutions, and paint the vision for their future state tech stack.  

Adobe’s Enterprise Architecture team sits withing the TPS organization and works directly with Adobe customers to understand their current technology architecture and usage, evaluate its effectiveness as it relates to their larger business objectives, and create a future-state technology architecture to best support their long-term marketing vision.  

What You’ll Do 

  • Learn to connect the dots between customers’ business problems and Adobe’s solution offerings to demonstrate value for our customers and their business 

  • Collaborate with cross-organizational partners including sales teams, solution experts, digital strategists, customer success managers, and more to develop innovative solutions to help them through various stages in the sales cycle 

  • Gain experience with conducting current-state technology analyses and developing high-impact recommendations for future-state technology   

  • Learn to build custom architecture diagrams and phased implementations that showcase how Adobe technology can best support our customers’ objectives 

  • Create presentations to best communicate technical information and architecture mapping to our customers’ business needs 

  • Help brands fully capitalize on the era of digital transformation, so they can deliver personalized and meaningful experiences across all devices and channels for their customers by aligning to Adobe Experience Cloud solutions. 

What You Need to Succeed

  • Currently enrolled full time and pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree graduating between December 2025 and June 2026 

  • Proven interest in business strategy, digital marketing, technology, analytics or experience design through coursework, extracurricular activities, or work/internship experience 

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills including conducting research, developing hypotheses, and synthesizing recommendations 

  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization 

  • Ability to communicate complex ideas optimally both verbally and in writing; ability to deliver compelling customer presentations communicating technical concepts 

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment 

  • Passion for new knowledge, resourceful and able to absorb concepts quickly 

  • You enjoy challenges and learning about industry and technology trends 

  • You are energetic, driven and bring a positive, can-do attitude to your work 

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $89,600 -- $150,525 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
