Nexmos Design is seeking a Customer Support Specialist who will serve as the first point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate will handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a smooth and professional customer experience. You will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with our clients and supporting the operational needs of the business.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal support systems
Provide product and service information in a clear and professional manner
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with attention to detail
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and support tickets
Collaborate with other departments to resolve escalated issues
Follow up with clients to ensure their issues have been successfully resolved
Contribute to the improvement of customer support processes and documentation
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or support role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer support software
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Professional and courteous demeanor under all circumstances
