Securitas is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented District Account Manager to lead operations from our Charleston, SC office. The District Account Manager is responsible for overseeing the operational performance and service delivery of multiple client sites within a designated district or region. This role ensures that security operations meet client expectations, contractual obligations, and company standards while maintaining profitability, employee engagement, and client satisfaction. The District Account Manager serves as the primary liaison between Securitas, its clients, and field operations teams.

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Conduct regular client meetings, site visits, and performance reviews to assess service quality and resolve issues proactively.
Develop a thorough understanding of each client’s security needs, expectations, and site-specific challenges.
Operational Oversight
Manage day-to-day security operations across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with client contracts and Securitas standards.
Oversee scheduling, staffing levels, and post orders to ensure efficient coverage.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of site supervisors and security officers, providing coaching and development as needed.
Financial & Administrative Management
Maintain responsibility for district-level P&L, ensuring operations meet or exceed financial targets.
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and monthly reports as required.
Review and approve billing, payroll, and other administrative documents to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Leadership & Team Development
Lead, motivate, and support site management teams and officers through consistent communication and performance feedback.
Recruit, select, and onboard site leadership and key security personnel as needed.
Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Compliance & Safety
Ensure all operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies.
Maintain awareness of site safety and risk management initiatives; conduct investigations as required.
Support company initiatives in training, safety, diversity, and inclusion.
