Qualifications

What we need from you:

Various parking lot maintenance duties, including, but not limited to:

• Must be able to follow cleaning schedule and maintenance checklist closely.
• Walk the parking structures to monitor for any maintenance problems that need to be handled immediately.
• Hand sweep and pick up all the garbage on premises,
• Clean and empty trash cans trough out the lots and booths
• Mop elevators and building grounds
• Clean stairwells and handrails.
• Use air blower when needed
• Maintain gates and columns free of dust
• Remove graffiti when needed
• Great communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and unsupervised
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk and to lift 30 to 40 lbs.
• No driving is necessary.
