This differentiating factor, known as the Tiffany Experience (Creating Connections, Providing Personalized Experiences and Honoring the Tiffany Legacy) is never compromised…. and it never will be!</p> <p><br/>We are currently recruiting for an <strong>Senior operations coordinator/professional </strong>to continue to deliver the Tiffany Experience to each customer.</p> <p>As an <strong>Senior operations professional/coordinator </strong>you will:</p> <ul> <li>Deliver unparalleled service and results that uphold the standards of excellence and luxury etiquette</li> <li>Achieve store operational excellence KPIs and drive team compliance with Tiffany and LVMH procedures</li> <li>Ensure pristine store presentation and support the team with effective operational organization on all services by (e.g., hospitality, personalization, service, catering, styling &amp; gifting, etc.) to deliver an elevated experience</li> <li>Be accountable for implementing the most effective operations, stock management and transfers movements, including cycle counts and inventories; support with various payment processes and security (omnichannel, service, cash etc.)</li> <li>Support store opening / closing procedures (key holders), workforce planning</li> <li>Contribute to an inclusive and supportive team environment, centered on the belief that People Make the Difference</li> <li>Exercise resilience through new challenging assignments and celebrate innovation when adopting new ways of working </li> <li>Exhibit a positive, ambitious and collaborative attitude, instilling an inclusive team culture of Joy</li> <li>Propose effective improvements to Store Leadership when facing challenges / seeing opportunities, support new operational tools &amp; systems rollout and team adoption</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Qualifications: </strong></p> <ul> <li>4-5 years of prior retail experience in retail operations with comprehensive knowledge of merchandising, client service, administration, and shipping.</li> <li>Strong Analytical skills.</li> <li>Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.</li> <li>Ability to work retail store hours as necessary, including nights, weekends, and holidays.</li> <li>Organized and detail oriented.</li> <li>Flexibility to perform different tasks based on day-to-day business needs.</li> <li>Authorization to work in the United States or in the country where the position is based.</li> <li>Advanced in Italian and English.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Desired Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>A college/university degree.</li> <li>Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) course work.</li> </ul> <p>#LI-SM1</p>
