Crown is currently accepting applications for seasonal students during the 2026 summer break.
- Positions are available in: Light Assembly, Wire Harness, Electronic Assembly, Paint, Heavy Assembly, Maintenance, Shop Services, and Office Cleaning
- Positions are available on: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts
- Positions are located in: New Bremen, Minster, Celina, and New Knoxville
- Pay is $16.56 for new hires and $17.06 for rehires
Qualifications:
- Candidates must have graduated high school
- Candidates must be enrolled in a college or university for fall 2026
Work Authorization:
Crown will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States. This is not a position for which sponsorship will be provided. Individuals with temporary visas or who need sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future, are not eligible for hire.
