Job Title: Field Tech Service Support
Job Type: Part-time
Location: Dallas/Fort Worth, TX
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Field Tech Service Support to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the field service technicians to ensure timely and efficient reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Track all timesheets to work orders for accuracy of clocking in and out
- Monitor NTE (Not to Exceed) and getting client approvals if needed
- Monitor technician progress and provide support as needed
- Maintain accurate records of service calls and technician schedules
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Identify areas for improvement in service delivery and make recommendations to management
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software
- Facility Maintenance experience a +
- NTE experience a +
- Time and Material billing a +
- Familiar with "Service Fusion" Platform but not required

RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED
2 years clerical or customer service experience preferred
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, and Excel
Ability to type 45 wpm
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work in a stressful, fast-paced environment
Good problem-solving skills
Monday through Friday schedule with occasional weekend and/or Holiday on-call duties (additional compensation provided)
Must have a proven track record of keeping job positions for an extended length of time.
