Job Description

Allied Universal is seeking Customer Engagement Candidate for a Property Managment facility located in the Greenpoint section of Brooklyn, New York

• Positions Are: Full Time
• Work Days Available: Candidates should be flexible Monday–Sunday
• Work Shifts Available: Overnights
• Pay Rate: $16.00 - $17.00 / hour

 

Allied Universal® is hiring a Guest Services Associate. The Guest Services Associate (GSA) greets visitors and provides a professional and friendly interaction for the guests of a high profile customer.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist customers with locating merchandise, back orders, shipping merchandise
• Customer service; greet employees and guests
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security or safety hazards

QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one (1) year of retail experience in a customer service setting
• Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision
• Excellent oral and written interpersonal communication skills
• Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new and customer-specific applications
• Attention to detail
• Customer service skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):

• Two (2) or more years of retail customer service experience
