Allegient Defense is a leader in advanced technology research and solutions development, and we are growing quickly. We are looking to hire a Senior Program Advisor for a DoD contract. 

Essential Job Functions

• Shall be a Senior analyst with extensive experience guiding strategic management.
• Provide program management guidance and acquisition advice to Government leadership team.
• Interpret and prepare policies and procedures for implementation. 
• Support ManTech and S&T Futures leadership in exercising their duties as the DoD representative to senior level committees.
• Advise the Director, ManTech on current and emerging policy, trends, risks and opportunities, and technologies related to advanced manufacturing. 
• Participate in the DMS&T and AMCAP program management reviews. 
• Recommend areas for collaboration between the ManTech and other Federal Agencies. 

Requirements

Education Requirement: 

• Master's Degree in a business or program management-related field from an accredited college   or university.

 Experience Requirements: 

• Fifteen (15)   years’ relevant experience.
• Possess a deep understanding of DoD financial management and oversight.
• Able to analyze and track legislative processes, and experienced working with senior   government leaders at the Interagency, White House, and Department levels. 
• Understands perspectives of, and able to communicate with, senior government, industry,   and academic individuals and able to mentor team members.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
