80 hours per bi-weekly pay period
Full time
Monday-Thursday 2:00 pm-12:30 am with occasional weekend or day shift coverage as needed

Responsibilities of the phlebotomist position include:
- Collect specimens from patients of all ages using various collection devices.
- Monitor orders and collection lists assuring timely collection.
- Perform waived testing procedures, culture set up and assist in specimen processing.
- Organize, restock, and clean outpatient drawing area and all carts, trays and hand-helds.
Requirements of this position include:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Completion of phlebotomy course or have one year of phlebotomy experience preferred.
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, lab staff, physicians, nursing staff and other related personnel.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
