Job Description

Eurofins Eaton Analytical, LLC is the largest potable water-testing laboratory in the US, with over 100,000 combined square feet of laboratory space and nearly 200 qualified staff at our California and Indiana facilities.  We recognize water quality to be critical to public health protection, whether in water supplies or as a component of food and beverages.  With our continued investment in emerging contaminant analyses and the ability to meet ever more stringent standards, Eurofins Eaton Analytical provides clients with a trusted laboratory partner that can respond to their needs 24/7 from multiple locations.

Eurofins Eaton Analytical, LLC is seeking to add an Inside Sales Representative assigned to support new and existing customers support by our Pomona, CA drinking water laboratory. This position reports to the Sales Operations Manager.

Inside Sales Representative responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Fielding and Responding to Client Pricing inquiries
• New Client and Project Onboarding
• Account Set-Up and Order Scheduling
• Project Pricing reviews
• Support Account Managers with proposal assembly & response, quote generation, project management, national or regional marketing initiatives or related duties as assigned.

• Adjusts work hours as needed to meet client deadlines

The ideal candidate would possess:

• Professional, knowledgeable, confident, and friendly demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Very good with computer use, e-mail, calendar, Word and Excel skills

Previous experience using Laboratory Management Systems (LIMs)

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Positive and energetic disposition
• Enjoys working on a team supporting technical and business professionals
• Quick learner, problem solver and likes to take initiative

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Science or Business degree preferred but not required)
• 5 years of industry experience preferred (laboratory or project management)
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Additional Information

The position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m., with overtime as needed.  This position is a Work from Home role. Candidates must reside in the USA and be able to work without restriction or sponsorship. 

The Salary range for the position is $ $24.04 - $33.65 per hour.
