In this senior-level position, you'll play a crucial role in planning and executing marketing campaigns and contributing to growing CD PROJEKT RED’s brands in the EMEA region. You will be responsible for coordinating all marketing activations, as well as leading cooperation with external partners and distributors in the EMEA region – all to make sure the support given to business is stronger, faster, better. </p><p><strong>Daily responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Develops comprehensive marketing strategies across the EMEA region to enhance brand presence, drive engagement, and achieve business growth.</li><li>Runs marketing activations and partnerships on EMEA markets (either hands-on or via outsource), that cater to the unique characteristics of each market.</li><li>Adopts global brand marketing strategy per local markets and their needs.</li><li>Ensures alignment with brand identity, global strategic objectives, and messaging guidelines.</li><li>Proactively seeks opportunities to develop brand equity of CD PROJEKT RED brands in the EMEA region.</li><li>Responsible for account management of key business partners, for example retail distributors, marketing &amp; media agencies or local content creators.</li><li>Works as the main point of contact for various CD PROJEKT RED departments, such as brand, creative, legal, PR, community, and production team in all EMEA marketing-related projects.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing roles, either within marketing departments or at agencies.</li><li>Fluency in spoken and written English.</li><li>Competency in using Google Suite and/or MS Office.</li><li>An excellent understanding of the EMEA region, with deep knowledge of insights specific to their assigned territory.</li><li>Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights clearly.</li><li>Strong project management and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively.</li><li>Proven problem-solving skills, with a knack for identifying issues and devising efficient solutions.</li></ul><p><strong>Nice to have </strong><br/> (Please note that these skills are not required to apply for the position)</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.</li><li>Experience in the gaming/entertainment industry.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>Working mode</strong></p><ul><li>Office-First: working primarily from the Warsaw office in a full time or hybrid mode.</li></ul><p><strong>Perks &amp; Professional Growth</strong></p><ul><li>Flexible working hours — start your workday anytime between 8:00 and 10:00 AM.</li><li>A welcome pack filled with goodies — to help you feel right at home once you join the team.</li><li>Trainings, lectures and courses — internal workshops, external training for each employee, ‘Meet a star’ events, knowledge-sharing initiatives, online tutorials, and e-learning classes are all available.
