Construction Project Manager

Do you love helping people through difficult situations? Our Franchise is seeking a Restoration Construction Manager to join the team. 

The Restoration Construction Manager oversees residential and commercial reconstruction projects from post-mitigation through completion. You will manage subcontractors, control budgets, interface with insurance adjusters and clients, and ensure timely, high-quality outcomes that meet SERVPRO standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage residential and commercial restoration rebuilds
• Oversee job timelines, subcontractors, and quality control
• Review scopes and prepare cost estimates and change orders
• Maintain client and adjuster communication throughout project lifecycle
• Create project budgets and ensure all projects are delivered on time and within scope and budget
• Perform inspections, scheduling, and documentation in accordance with company standards
• Monitor project profitability and assist with collections as needed
• Scope, estimate and sell projects

Position Requirements

• 3+ years in residential or restoration construction management required
• Strong knowledge of insurance restoration workflows preferred (Xactimate experience a plus)
• Project Management, PMP
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• May require extended hours or weekend availability during storm events or peak restoration periods.

 Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and climbing stairs/ladders
• Ability to work in a variety of conditions including heat, humidity, cold, dust, and around debris
• Regular use of hands and fingers to operate tools and technology (e.g., tablet, phone, measuring devices)
• Must be comfortable working in construction zones, unfinished structures, or damaged environments
• Occasional use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as masks, gloves, or safety goggles

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
