Database Analyst

Baptist Health is looking for a Database Analyst to join our team. This is a remote position that requires residency in KY or IN

The Foundation Database Analyst should possess strong technical, analytical, and data management skills, especially using the Salesforce platform and Microsoft Excel. They should demonstrate an ability to quickly understand data structures for the purposes of data extraction, cleaning, transformation, and loading.  They should have a track record of performing basic administrative tasks within the Salesforce ecosystem or similar cloud-based systems.The Foundation Database Analyst should possess strong technical, analytical, and data management skills, especially using the Salesforce platform and Microsoft Excel. Minimum Education, Experience, Training and Licensures Required

• Associate degree with two years' experience

• Additional experience with database and/or Salesforce administration may be considered in lieu of degree.  

• Salesforce platform experience preferred

• NPSP (Nonprofit Success Pack) a plus

• Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.

• Experience with basic concepts of the SQL language preferred
