Overview
Cotiviti is looking for an FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team. This person will support the Executive reporting of the organization, the budgeting/forecasting for one or multiple business departments for the corporation, and general ad hoc analyses/QA for external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Produce monthly executive reporting for internal and external stakeholders
- Work with assigned business partners in the departments to develop recurring forecast that assist business leaders in the management of their departments
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget for the assigned departments
- Assist Ad hoc analyses and project work as assigned
- Assist in the QA of ad hoc requests for external stakeholders

Qualifications
- Produce monthly executive reporting for internal and external stakeholders
- Work with assigned business partners in the departments to develop recurring forecast that assist business leaders in the management of their departments
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget for the assigned departments
- Assist Ad hoc analyses and project work as assigned
- Assist in the QA of ad hoc requests for external stakeholders
- Strong analytic skills and attention to detail, including the ability to identify and quantify financial/operational impact of opportunities with limited data.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritze and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work within a matrix organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with various levels of the organization and with clients.
- Strong organization skills, accuracy, and high attention to detail.
- Ability to navigate and analyze data from multiple systems.
- Ability to work with a high volume of transactions in a timely manner, and meet deadlines.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
- Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
- Must be able to provide a dedicated, secure work area.
- Must be able to provide high-speed internet access/connectivity and office setup and maintenance.
Base compensation ranges from $60,500 to $85,000. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.”
