Software Developer

Vision Point Systems, Inc. is currently recruiting for a Software Developer to work primarily in our Fairfax, VA or Philadelphia, PA office. Responsibilities include conducting full lifecycle development, requirement solicitation from customer, software design and implementation. A qualified developer will design and develop software that is geared toward CAD (Computer Aided Design) file geometric analysis, identification and management.

Specific duties will include, but will not be limited to:

-Data analysis and visualization using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports

-Statistical analysis, modeling, and interpretation of trends or patterns in complex data sets

-Create data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques

-Resource forecasting and optimization

-Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data system

Requirements

-Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or other related field. The degree must be from an accredited college or university.

-Minimum 2 years of directly related and/or applicable software development experience.

-Must have 1+ years of machine learning experience/exposure

-Must have 1+ years of AI experience/exposure

-Technical experience with C#, C++, SQL, and/or Python programming languages.

-Experience with SDK and API integration

-Experience with database development with Microsoft SQL Server or other database management system

-Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Security Clearance.

Desired skills:

-Experience with CAD is highly desired.

-Experience with corrosion modeling

-Experience with Visual Studio development tools
