Automotive Service Manager – Dykstra’s Auto (Wyoming, MI)
Location: 2863 Byron Center Ave SW, Wyoming, MI 49519
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST
Pay: $63,000 – $78,425 annually + Bonus Plan

- Lead shop operations and manage a high-performing team
- Drive sales and profitability
- Oversee workflow and quality control
- Coach and develop team members
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of proven Service Manager experience in a high-volume shop
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage KPIs and deliver results
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED is required
- Management Experience: Must have at least 2 years’ experience in any management or supervisory position.
- Sales Experience: Must have at least 1 year experience in any sales role or demonstrate an ability to sell.
- Organizational & Focus Skills: Must be able to work and complete work tasks in a timely fashion in an environment that has constant distractions and interruptions.
- Computer Knowledge & Ability: Must possess a working knowledge of how to use a Windows computer. Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate in English fluently, both in verbal and in written form.
- Math Skills: Must possess ability to count. Must know how to perform basic math functions using a calculator.
