As a product-centric Technical Project Manager within the Technology Services organization, you will work within the product vertical of the organization providing strong organizing and accountability management to many of the Product group’s product release efforts. You will also be required to be a great communicator, storyteller, and advocate who can consult with a wide breadth of groups across many regions. You will partner closely with product managers and technical program managers and leaders to understand the scope of the product release needs and provide in-depth analysis around end user engagement, end user adoption, release scope and timelines, help create a structure for strategic execution, assist the informed captain over the effort in prioritizing based on impact, draft memos, and ensure tactics are delivery on time for any project.
Finally, you will play an essential role in the strategic growth of the Technology Services organization. You will help manage the roadmap, influence the strategies and resources the team uses to manage essential efforts, and provide core KPIs to measure the success of the organization.

  • Big data experience with extracting (e.g., SQL, Apache Spark, Python) and visualizing data (e.g., Tableau)
  • Knowledge and understanding of full SDLC, PDLC, and agile project management methodologies
  • You must be able to function in a fast-paced, dynamic, global environment and capable of balancing multiple fast-paced priorities
  • You must have excellent analytical and communication skills along with experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Solid business judgment, including fact-based and data-driven decision-making, is critical, and the ability to work well with all levels of leadership

Responsibilities:

  • Developing, leading & completing project management deliverables, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), detailed project plans, achievements, and deliverables for seamless project implementation and adoption of new systems and processes
  • Providing concise updates regarding overall status, issues, risks and recommended actions
  • The individual will also liaison between the business and technology groups to ensure business project needs are met
  • Identify and manage the major project achievements. This requires the individual to actively seek out material issues impacting the project and quickly resolve the problems to ensure timelines and functionality expectations are met
  • Partnering closely with project team members and cross-functional business partners, responsibilities include developing detailed change management, communication, transition, and testing plans to ensure seamless execution, adoption, and overall business and system readiness
  • A high level of independence as demonstrated through clear problem-solving skills, effective process evaluation, and delivery of high-quality work: strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills, Attention to detail even under pressure

Education & Experience:

  • BS/BA and/or relevant experience
  • Additional Nice-to-haves: PMI/PMP certification or other project certifications (i.g. Agile, Scrum, Sigma, etc.) are a plus.
Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $100,000- $700,000.
