Position Summary
Initiates private and group sessions within the Integrative Health and Wellbeing program which combines traditional and complimentary interventions to support patients' health and well-being. This role collaborates with Integrative Health colleagues to create programs tailored to individual needs.
Job Responsibilities
- Creates programs tailored to individual patient needs.
- Facilitates Pilates, Yoga, QiGong Tai Chi, Movement and Relaxation programs
- Provides a range of effective techniques to maximize mind body recovery
- Collaborates with program colleagues regarding issues related to their patients that come up in group sessions
Education
- High School Diploma
Experience
Approximately 2 years of related experience.
Expertise in Pilates, Yoga, QiGong Tai Chi, Movement and Relaxation techniques
Certification in Pilates or Yoga
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
