About Duke Health's Patient Revenue Management Organization

 

Pursue your passion for caring with the Patient Revenue Management Organization, which is Duke Health's fully integrated, centralized revenue cycle organization that supports the entire health system in streamlining the revenue cycle. This includes scheduling, registration, coding, billing, and other essential revenue functions.

Coordinate and participate in a variety o f duties associated with daily scheduling. Position also involves custom er service, message clinic preparation process,patient identification, p atient check in/out, charge posting, cash distribution, ancillary schedu ling and management and patient appointment preparation and referrals ma nagement.

Schedule work hours Monday-Friday 8:30-5 pm; Saturday rotation betweenthe hours of 8 am-2:30 pm;with possible overti me

Minimum Qualifications

Education

Work requires knowledge of basic grammar and mathematical principles normally acquired through high school education

Experience

Minimum of one year of work experience in directly communicating and activities. providing service to patients or public; preferably in a healthcare related field. Experience in effectively coordinating multiple tasks or
