Physical Therapist

We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. As a Physical Therapist at NCG Associates, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of patients in need of physical therapy.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical capabilities and limitations
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on evaluation results and patients' goals
• Administer therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve patients' mobility, strength, and functional abilities
• Use specialized equipment and modalities to assist in the rehabilitation process
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques for at-home care
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated patient care
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in physical therapy through continuing education

Requirements

• Licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred
• Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques, assessments, and interventions
• Ability to assess and evaluate patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to therapy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems
• Current BLS certification (Basic Life Support)

Pay Rate: $1,920 - $2000 Weekly@40hours base on experience

Start: ASAP

Length: 13 weeks

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (Days) with 1 hour lunch break at 12pm

Holiday/ On-call/ Weekend Requirements: None

Experience Requirement: 2 years’ experience providing outpatient therapy services to adult population; 2 years’ experience treating neurologic disorders in adults.

Experience Preferred: Experience treating brain injury is preferred but not required.

License Requirement: IN license OR Compact
