Agile Developer V

<strong>Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled Sr. Agile Developer to join our team! </strong><br />
Specifically, we are looking for someone who will be responsible for leading a development team of 15-20 FTE’s focused on storing and managing system SSR data using a microservices-based architecture and cutting-edge technologies. Responsibilities include:
<div>• Developing and implementing complex solutions utilizing AWS native technologies<br />
• Ensuring the development team stays on schedule and is able to meet programmatic milestones<br />
• Represents the team at customer meetings, TEMs and contributes to the team agile planning ceremonies<br />
• Building REST services with Spring able to filter and select complex data objects<br />
• Utilize Python to optimize AWS services such as Lambdas, Step Functions, EC2 and S3<br />
• Implement CI/CD principals utilizing Maven, Gitlab and GitOps<br />
• Agile development and delivery of software<br />
• Communication and collaboration: Software Development is a team-oriented discipline. Engineers need to be able to communicate and collaborate effectively with other team members, as well as with stakeholders.</div>

Required Skills:</div>

<ul>
<li>Java, Spring Boot or Python</li>
<li>Microservice architectures</li>
<li>CI/CD Tools: AWS tools, Maven, Gitlab &amp; GitOps, Kubernetes, Docker, Ansible</li>
<li>Database: NoSQL / MongoDB / DynamoDB Query and Schema Design</li>
<li>OAuth/OIDC Implementation experience</li>
<li>Test frameworks and automation to include Cyprus and Cucumber</li>
<li>Previous team leadership experience is desired but not required.</li>
<li>Knowledge of UTT or targeting is desired</li>

Qualifications:

<ul>
<li>Fifteen (15) years experience as a developer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
<ul>
<li>Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.</li>
