About the team
The e-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated. The team's mission is to enable three-day delivery from Fulfillment by TikTok via seamless integrated FBT product solution and operation.

We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our global logistics team. Together we can build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users.

Responsibilities
1. Responsible for new carrier launch and existing performance including fulfillment center and inbound hub launch, including system training, parcel testing, etc.
2. Identify system issues and improvement opportunities in carrier operations.
3. Take part in product solution design for domestic network and carrier routing, including system configuration, training and other go-to-market activities.
4. Perform in-depth research and analysis of the carrier market. Work closely with the operations team and logistic partners, constantly innovate and optimize operation models and system solutions.
5. Ability to travel 25% of the time.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of working experience in US e-commerce fulfillment and logistics industry. Solid working experience in e-commerce fulfillment in the US.
2. 3+ years of experience in delivery network system solution experience or carrier management system experience.

Preferred Qualifications
1. Excellent communication, cross-team collaboration and system project management skills.
2. Exhibit E-commerce thinking, customer-oriented, spirit of exploration, strong sense of responsibility, strong data analysis skill and project management skill, and rich experience in cross functional communication and coordination.
3. Experience in international ecommerce logistics

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $141360 - $275652 annually.​

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.​
