Grow your career alongside great people, where authenticity is welcome, successes are celebrated, and potential is nurtured.  Position Description The Software Engineer I is responsible for analyzing, designing, developing and testing software solutions for the company’s products.  This position is also required to provide maintenance and support to existing code following the company’s standards and best code practices. What We’re Looking For: Note: We know that excellent candidates can have all sorts of backgrounds and experiences, so please don’t hesitate to apply even if you don’t meet 100% of the listed requirements!
  • Proficient with .NET Core, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, C#  
  • Knowledge of JavaScript
  • Familiarity with SOLID design principles
  • Experience of source code control tools and techniques
  • Effective communication skills
  • Degree in Computer Science or related field, or relevant experience
 Nice-to-have skills:
  • Knowledge of React JS (preferred) or other front-end development ecosystem
  • Knowledge of SQL, document databases, or other data persistence tools
  • Experience with Agile development processes
  • Familiarity with design patterns
  • Knowledge of unit tests and testable code
As a Software Engineer I you will:        
  • Develop code using the company’s best practices and current software patterns
  • Read, understand, debug code to find and solve current software problems and resolve defects
  • Understand the team’s deployment pipelines and processes
  • Test and own software solutions appropriately throughout their lifecycle
  • Actively participate as a full member of an Agile development team
  • Deliver unit-tested solutions
  • May be asked to perform other duties as assigned
Compensation and Benefits:    
  • Estimated Salary Grade Range: $80,200 -$117,100
    • The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and is based on a 40-hour work week.
