Job description:

LOCAL only to Atlanta, GA or Burbank CA only. 

Key Responsibilities:

• interacting directly with internal customers to understand their needs and translate them into a working solution
• a fast learner with a willingness to build solutions using tools to which you may have had little previous exposure
• the innate ability to understand the challenges faced by our customers, and the drive to resolve them
• Demonstrated ability to produce high quality technical documentation.
• Demonstrated ability of strong customer relationship skills, problem resolution and improved efficiencies and productivity.
• Experience with large scale enterprise system development and integration.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Scaled Agile Framework a plus

Required Skills:

• Good at documentation and possibly requirements (especially clarification)
• Write up minutes and build a PRD for the intake
• Ability to multitask/prioritize, Jira/Confluence.
• Proficient in using MS Office Suite (esp. PowerPoint) to build collateral as the need arises for requirements elaboration  
• Team player, willing to collaborate across functional project teams to resolve open items
• Ability to analyze functional and non-functional requirements to groom a backlog of Epics and User Stories  
• Ability to analyze and detail business processes as required for the elaboration of requirements
• Add no more than 3-5 required skills
• Focus on the priority skills required for this role
