LOCAL only to Atlanta, GA or Burbank CA only.
Key Responsibilities:
- interacting directly with internal customers to understand their needs and translate them into a working solution
- a fast learner with a willingness to build solutions using tools to which you may have had little previous exposure
- the innate ability to understand the challenges faced by our customers, and the drive to resolve them
- Demonstrated ability to produce high quality technical documentation.
- Demonstrated ability of strong customer relationship skills, problem resolution and improved efficiencies and productivity.
- Experience with large scale enterprise system development and integration.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Scaled Agile Framework a plus
Required Skills:
- Good at documentation and possibly requirements (especially clarification)
- Write up minutes and build a PRD for the intake
- Ability to multitask/prioritize, Jira/Confluence.
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite (esp. PowerPoint) to build collateral as the need arises for requirements elaboration
- Team player, willing to collaborate across functional project teams to resolve open items
- Ability to analyze functional and non-functional requirements to groom a backlog of Epics and User Stories
- Ability to analyze and detail business processes as required for the elaboration of requirements
- Add no more than 3-5 required skills
- Focus on the priority skills required for this role
