What does a successful Sr Program Manager do at Fiserv?

The Program Manager directs all phases of a client’s ATM program, including day-to-day servicing, troubleshooting, ATM performance and facilitates all ATM related needs. You will provide analysis and strategic overviews of clients' ATM fleet and global program; coordinating the preparation of proposals, project plans, and statements work while understanding and adhering to the financial the primary customer contact for all ATM program activities, leading program review sessions with the customer to discuss performance, project schedules, initiatives, and all things ATM. You are responsible for developing new business and expanding the ATM product sets features and program, as well as partnering with external and internal dependencies to remediate program problems and obtains solutions, facilitates and direct on behalf of the client. With the projected volume increase in ATM clients, the targeted approach on servicing and meeting client needs, this resource is needed to ensure continued and successful management of the fleet.

The Sr. Program Manager serves as the primary customer contact for all ATM program activities, leads and prepares client program review sessions with emphasis on analysis of client terminal performance, project coordination and submission using, program initiatives and all things ATM

The Sr. Program Manager supports development of new business, proposals and cross sell opportunities and works to expand the ATM products, features and enhancements

The Sr. Program Manager manages and submits all billing for BAU, Out of Scope, and other new projects and development efforts as applicable

The Sr. Program Manager displays in-depth knowledge of assigned business lines and functional areas and must partner with all internal and external dependencies to remediate program issues, drives solutions and facilitates research on the client’s behalf

What you will do:

  • Primary point of contact for customer & voice of the organization representing client needs.
  • Perform Program Management duties as necessary on assigned efforts.
  • Establish, communicate client/program objectives, and priorities to internal/external partners.
  • Meet contractual performance objectives by analyzing and initiating corrective actions as needed.
  • Identify & manage risk and opportunities to meet project/program objectives.
  • Ensure proposal submittals, schedules, cost estimates, project execution, risk assessments and technical solutions are accurate and timely.

What you will need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Three to five years of experience in project management activities
  • Demonstrated ability to work successfully with demanding customers, difficult schedules and technically challenging projects.
  • Excellent written and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly and competently convey program performance.

What would be great to have:

  • Background in the Financial Payments industry and preference for someone with background in ATM and fleet management
  • Ability to identify, resolve issues and manage risk
  • Demonstrated management and leadership skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
  • Develop detailed work plans and specifications
  • Ability to work successfully with demanding customers, difficult schedules and technically challenging projects.
