abra is seeking for a Credit Project Data Manager

We are looking for a skilled  Project Data Manager to Led projects to strengthen and improve the product.

This role requires Minimum of 3 years’ experience in product or project management

A full time position, based in Lod.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Strategic thinking and definition of a product roadmap in the data domain
• Analyzing and understanding customer behavior and writing detailed business requirements (PRD) to address business needs
• Leading cross-organizational data-related tasks, working with various interfaces within Leumi (e.g., Development, Legal, Information Security, etc.)
• Monitoring, measuring, and closely tracking product performance to identify trends and errors in order to maximize success rates
• Leading projects to strengthen and improve the product under responsibility, working closely with the business division and various stakeholders within Leumi
• Managing relationships with external vendors
• Teamwork, commitment, and close collaboration with fellow product managers

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product/project management – required
• Proven experience in writing business requirements and reading technical specifications – required
• In-depth understanding of banking products (deposits, loans, mortgages) – an advantage
• Familiarity with pricing methodologies for various financial products and understanding of economic parameters such as interest rates, switching costs, and credit risk. Experience in credit underwriting/pricing – an advantage
• Experience working in an Agile environment and familiarity with Jira
• Proven ability to work with multiple interfaces in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of complex data environments
• Experience working with development teams and managing timelines
• Ability to read data from measurement systems, analyze it, and extract actionable insights
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics / Accounting / Engineering / Mathematics – an advantage
• Good command of English – reading, writing, and speaking
