About the role
KLDiscovery, one of the largest national eDiscovery providers, is currently seeking licensed attorneys for an on-site document review project in Tysons Corner, Virginia.
Successful candidates will review documents for complex litigation matters using Relativity to code for relevancy, confidentiality, and privilege. Prior document review experience is preferred and should be highlighted on your resume.
This position is project-based and successful candidates will be considered temporary contingent employees.
Position Details:
- Location: On-Site in Tysons Corner, Virigina
- Anticipated Start Date: Week of July 29, 2024
- Duration: 30 days
- Pay rate: $42/hour
- Hours: Monday – Friday 8 AM – 6 PM ET; 50 hours per week, including 10 hours overtime
- Free parking available on-site
Qualifications & Job Responsibilities
- Active Bar Admission/Attorney’s License in any US jurisdiction must be in good standing.
- Applicants must be able and willing to commute to and work from our office in Tysons, Virginia for 50 hours per week.
- Experience in electronically reviewing documents in complex litigation matters using Relativity is preferred.
- Experience reviewing and coding documents for responsiveness, relevancy, confidentiality, and privilege is preferred.
- Experience with quality control, preparation of privilege, and redaction logs is preferred.
- A secure home office with high-speed internet access and a computer that uses Windows 10/11 or Mac: Monterey (12), Ventura 13), Sonoma (14), or newer is required.
- Proficient in the use of modern technology, especially computers and related office equipment.
- Strong attention to detail/ability to prioritize tasks.
- Critical thinking skills and ability to retain complex work direction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
