Job Description

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION

• A Group Assistant provides essential administrative support to their assigned working group, ensuring cohesive and efficient day-to-day operations.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Track event announcements and coordinate approval processes.
• Confirm artist assets, riders, and key team contacts as needed.
• Maintain and regularly update the Festival Tracking Database.
• Request, log, and report ticket counts for confirmed events.
• Track unpaid event deposits and coordinate with the accounting team to ensure receipt and allocation of funds.
• Track outstanding performance contracts and follow-up to secure signatures.
• Enter performance offers and show-related details into the booking system. 
• Create and distribute promotional e-blasts.
• Additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Base salary: $46,500 plus bonus potential if applicable for role.

• Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Compensation decisions are dependent on circumstances of each role.
