How You’ll Make an Impact
Dudek is seeking a Project Manager with 25+ years of experience in land development and stormwater engineering. This position will serve as a project manager and technical expert, applying specialized knowledge to complex engineering challenges. This experienced professional will lead complex, multidisciplinary projects and represent Dudek in key client relationships. The role also involves mentoring staff, ensuring effective project delivery, and contributing to strategic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate would be a professional engineer, or able to obtain PE within one year, with experience in land development and surface water related civil engineering.Duties and Responsibilities
- Manages the development of complex engineering analyses, simulations, and model-based assessments.
- Develops and refines engineering plans, technical reports, and specialized calculations.
- Optimizes technical workflows and methodologies to enhance project efficiency and accuracy.
- Manages complex project phases, ensuring technical accuracy, budget adherence, and schedule compliance.
- Manages technical aspects of projects and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to integrate
- engineering solutions.
- Directs and reviews engineering work performed by junior and mid-level staff, ensuring quality and consistency.
