The Responsible Recommendation System team is dedicated to safeguarding TikTok's ecosystem and ensuring product success by addressing critical business challenges with innovative AI solutions. The team innovates in content understanding, recommendation systems and agentic AI techniques to improve TikTok content safety and ecosystem.



Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy an agentic AI system aimed at addressing key risk management challenges and driving innovative product directions.

- Translate complex business problems into robust, production-ready AI solutions using cutting-edge machine learning techniques.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research insights and practical applications into our product roadmap.

- Drive rigorous data-driven analyses to continuously optimize system performance and effectively mitigate risks.
