About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced, execution-driven Senior Program Manager, Blood Diagnostics to lead the end-to-end operational implementation and readiness of the blood diagnostics vertical. This role will be critical in bringing a strategic business initiative to life—from concept through launch—and ensuring all cross-functional teams are aligned, timelines are met, and operational excellence is achieved.

This is a unique opportunity to build new business verticals from the ground up, working at the intersection of healthcare innovation, blood diagnostics, and consumer experience.

This role reports to the Senior Program Manager of Pharmacy Implementation and is embedded within the fast-growing Operations & Compounding Program Management Office (PMO).

You Will:

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation from initial planning through full-scale operational launch and post-launch optimization for our blood diagnostics vertical.

  • Design and execute scalable processes and workflows aligned with regulatory and clinical standards.

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans using tools like Smartsheet or MS Project, including timelines, resource allocation, dependencies, critical paths, and risk registers.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders in clinical operations, R&D, quality, supply chain, legal, finance, marketing, and customer support to drive seamless implementation.

  • Lead validation and compliance activities to ensure adherence to 503a, 503b, and cGMP requirements.

  • Partner with senior leadership to define program goals, budgets, and KPIs, and regularly report status, risks, and corrective actions.

  • Apply Agile & Waterfall principles where appropriate to enhance adaptability, collaboration, and delivery cadence across workstreams.

  • Oversee the transition from project launch to sustained operations, ensuring process handoffs, training, and systems are in place to support long-term success.

  • Analyze operational performance and optimize workflows through root cause analysis and data-driven decision-making.

  • Create and maintain stakeholder engagement plans, ensuring high visibility and alignment across all levels of the organization.

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation, enabling high-performing cross-functional teams to deliver results.
