Position Summary
• Responsible for leadership and management for Facilities Engineering and Security Management at all SIH locations
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field
Licenses and Certification
• Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) certification
Experience and Skills
• Supervisory Experience: 5 years
• Technical Experience: 5 years in Facilities Maintenance Field
Role Specific Responsibilities
• Complies with hospital, safety, environmental, building, construction, and infection control codes and requirements of accreditation and regulatory agencies for building, grounds, and construction in progress.
• Acts as owner’s representative in construction management services projects as assigned.
• Preserves the assets of the organization through effective equipment selection and maintenance.
• Implements overall security strategy, policies, and standards to maintain physical safety for all visitor, employees, and patients at all SIH locations.
• Provides consultant services to other SIH departments in areas related to facilities engineering, security and safety, applicable design and construction.
Compensation (Commensurate with experience):
