UX Lead | Onsite

 

Key Responsibilities 

UX Strategy & Leadership 

Define and champion the UX vision, design principles, and standards across projects. 

Lead design initiatives from concept to delivery, ensuring consistency and quality. 

User Research & Insights 

Conduct and oversee user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis. 

Translate research findings into actionable design improvements. 

Design Execution 

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. 

Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs. 

Team Management 

Mentor and guide UX/UI designers, fostering a culture of creativity and user-centered thinking. 

Manage workloads, priorities, and performance within the design team. 

Stakeholder Collaboration 

Partner with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to align design solutions with business and technical requirements. 

Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders for feedback and approval. 

Design System Contribution 

Partner with design system manager to maintain quality of and contribute to design system 

Define design token architecture and assign to components as needed for new component creation 

Required Skills & Qualifications 

7+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with at least 2–3 years in a lead or managerial role. 

Strong portfolio showcasing UX design work across web and mobile platforms. 

Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision). 

Deep understanding of design systems, accessibility, and usability best practices. 

Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills. 

 

Compensation, Benefits and Duration

Minimum Compensation: USD 56,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 196,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
