Maintenance Supervisor

Description

Oversee all aspects of maintenance operations within our newly renovated Assisted Living facility in Englewood, Florida

- Develop and implement maintenance policies and procedures to ensure the facility is well-maintained and in compliance with regulations

- Coordinate and schedule regular maintenance tasks, repairs, and inspections to uphold the highest standards of safety and cleanliness

- Manage a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient and effective performance

- Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance issues and support the overall functioning of the facility

- Conduct regular assessments of equipment, systems, and facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions promptly

Skills:

- Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in a healthcare or senior living setting

- Strong knowledge of building systems, equipment, and maintenance best practices

- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team and collaborate with other departments

- Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment

- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and compliance to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents and staff
