Job Summary: 

The Warehouse Assistant Manager will be responsible for providing support and assist the Manufacturing Supervisor run the day to day warehouse operations. The warehouse AM will also help with projects in the warehouse.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

· Help oversee all warehouse operations;

· Reviews work done by others and brings the highest level of expertise in warehouse and slitting operations;

· Communicate with Office and Director of Operations;

· Train employees on any functions within the warehouse/ slitting area, or perform the functions themselves;

· Familiar with Bron AeroTech QMS as well as all process documents, work instructions and forms related to position;

· Oversee operation and maintenance of production equipment;

· Inventory control;

· Material Handling

· Prepare products for shipping and receiving

Requirements

Qualifications, Knowledge, & Skills:

· 2+ years of experience in related field preferred (Academically or Professionally.)

· High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred

· Team player, with attention and adherence to quality and safety standards;

· Top shelf work ethic;

· Computer skills required for maintenance of records and logs, and basic analysis of data (e.g., Excel spreadsheet). 

· Good problem solving skills and high level of attention to detail. 

· Good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.

Physical Requirements: 

· Prolonged periods of walking and standing.

· Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds at times.
